S. V. Palmer Esquire Law Firm is a solo practice focused in the areas of criminal, family, estate planning and civil law. Owned and operated by Sawand Palmer a graduate of Florida State College of Law. Licensed in the States of Florida and Georgia; Mrs. Palmer represents clients in both states. Dedicated to human rights issues, S. V., completed a six (6) week domestic violence class through the Tallahassee Florida Refuge House and volunteered with the organization supporting survivors of abuse. S.V., is a member of the American Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Association and the Northern District of Florida. A former Assistant Public Defender in the States of Florida and Georgia, S. V. Palmer has a Bachelor of Arts from Valdosta State University in Legal Studies/Political Science and an Associate of Science in both Business Administration and Criminal Justice. S. V. Palmer is adamant about upholding the administration of law and protecting the rights of individuals. S.
